About the Conference
Beverages and light snacks are available throughout the day at no additional cost.
Luncheon included in conference fee.
The lunch buffet will consist of cold meat, lettuce, tomatoes, buns and condiments, potato salad, macaroni salad, carrot and celery sticks, and cookies.
If you are on a special diet, please bring your own lunch. We do have use of a microwave on site.
All pre-registered attendees will be entered into the door prize drawings.
Conference Syllabus included in conference fee. Syllabus includes short seminar descriptions, time each seminar is offered, conference information, exhibitor information.
All Day Exhibit Hall Pass included in conference fee.
Afternoon Only Exhibit Hall Pass may be purchased at the door starting at 1:30 for those unable to attend seminars. Good only from 1:30 - 5:00 p.m.
Cell Phones
We do not have a general phone number that caregivers may call to reach you during the day. We recognize that your cell phone is an important way for those caring for your children to get hold of you in an emergency, and for this reason, we will not be requesting that you shut your phone off. However, please make sure that your phone is turned to vibrate, so that it will not disturb others.

Due to insurance regulations, no children under 12 are allowed on the premises, except nursing infants. This includes both the entire conference and the exhibit hall only pass. This will be strictly enforced. They are not permitted anywhere in the building, including the foyer. Children born before April 5, 2008 are welcome to attend.
You are welcome to bring your nursing infant, if the infant cannot be away from you for the day. Moms, there is a room reserved for nursing and changing your baby. Dads, we have a separate room for you to change your baby in.
Please remove crying, fussy or noisy babies from seminar rooms immediately.
Strollers permitted in hallways and classrooms, but NOT permitted in the Exhibit Hall.
